Car Park Passes

Car park passes will be sent by e-mail to the primary contact for each club. We regret that it is not practical for us to use other e-mail addresses for clubs or individual entries. It is the responsibility of each club to ensure that the car park passes are correctly distributed within their club.

Each car park pass is given a unique number, and must be used only once. Crews should print out their passes for both Saturday and Sunday. Car park passes must be clearly displayed at all times. Where passes are sent on to individual crews we suggest each crew is told which passes to print out.

Please follow the instructions of car park marshals.

In the event of heavy rain affecting the ground, we may have to use alternative parking arrangements that avoid certain areas.
